Job Description:
- Conduct system implementation based on the project plan.
- Perform requirement analysis.
- Develop documentation (Business Blueprint, Program Specification, and Testing Scenario).
- Conduct user training.
- Conduct data verification.
- Perform User Acceptance Test.
- Provide post-implementation assistance.
- Liaise with process owners and users.
- Participate in training, certification, and personnel development programs.
- Work closely with colleagues, developers, testers, and various end-users to ensure technical compatibility and user satisfaction.
Requirements:
- Bachelors Degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or other related fields.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in IT product implementation or solution delivery, especially in Customer Engagement Solutions.
- Proven ability to handle multiple implementation projects concurrently across different products, with strong prioritization and time management skills.
- Highly proactive, curious, and self-driven actively seeks knowledge, experiments independently, and builds expertise without relying heavily on principals.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Good command of English, both spoken and written.
- Deadline-oriented with high attention to detail and execution quality.
