Job Description:

  • Conduct system implementation based on the project plan.
  • Perform requirement analysis.
  • Develop documentation (Business Blueprint, Program Specification, and Testing Scenario).
  • Conduct user training.
  • Conduct data verification.
  • Perform User Acceptance Test.
  • Provide post-implementation assistance.
  • Liaise with process owners and users.
  • Participate in training, certification, and personnel development programs.
  • Work closely with colleagues, developers, testers, and various end-users to ensure technical compatibility and user satisfaction.

Requirements:

  • Bachelors Degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or other related fields.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in IT product implementation or solution delivery, especially in Customer Engagement Solutions.
  • Proven ability to handle multiple implementation projects concurrently across different products, with strong prioritization and time management skills.
  • Highly proactive, curious, and self-driven actively seeks knowledge, experiments independently, and builds expertise without relying heavily on principals.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Good command of English, both spoken and written.
  • Deadline-oriented with high attention to detail and execution quality.
