Key Responsibilities:
- End-to-End Recruitment: Lead the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing to onboarding, with a focus on senior, specialized, and management-level positions, ensuring a high-quality candidate experience.
- Candidate Experience & Relationship Management: Build strong candidate relationships, ensuring a seamless process from initial contact through onboarding.
- Mentorship: Support the Recruitment Lead by mentoring and training junior recruiters, sharing best practices to build a strong, capable recruitment team.
- Recruitment Strategy & Branding: Collaborate with the Recruitment Lead to implement recruitment marketing strategies to strengthen the employer brand and enhance talent attraction.
- Reporting & Analytics: Prepare and deliver data-driven recruitment reports, offering insights and recommendations to improve processes and outcomes.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs, coordinate interviews, and ensure candidate alignment with role requirements.
- Talent Pipeline Development: Proactively build and maintain talent pipelines, especially for critical and hard-to-fill roles, to support business continuity and future growth.
Requirements:
- 3 to 5 years of talent acquisition experience, with a proven track record of recruiting senior, specialized, and management-level positions, preferably in the ICT/technology sector.
- Bachelors degree in Psychology, Human Resources, or a related field preferred.
- Strong experience in sourcing and recruiting technical talent (software engineers, IT specialists, etc.).
- Proven ability to partner with hiring managers and senior stakeholders to align recruiting strategies with business needs.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, especially when discussing technical roles.
- Experience mentoring and guiding junior recruiters to enhance team capability.
- Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and tech-focused recruitment tools (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter, Manatal, etc).
- Experience supporting employer branding and recruitment marketing initiatives to attract top talent.
