About the job Field Engineer
Job Descriptions:
- Perform installation and configuration of PC/notebook devices.
- Handle troubleshooting of hardware and software issues on PC/notebook systems.
- Handle customer complaints and service requests on-site.
- Prepare daily or weekly reports related to on-site activities.
- Collaborate with other technical teams to resolve complex cases.
- Maintain a professional relationship with clients and ensure service satisfaction.
Requirements:
- S1 degree in Information Technology, Information Systems, or a related field.
- At least 1 year of experience in IT Support or as a Field Engineer.
- Capable of performing basic hardware repairs and replacements (RAM, HDD, keyboard, etc.).
- Strong communication skills and a professional attitude when dealing with customers.
- Willing to be assigned at client sites as required by project needs.
