Network Engineer Staff (L2)

Job Descriptions:

As a Network Engineer Staff, you will be responsible for supporting the implementation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of client network infrastructures. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Analyze customer requirements and translate them into technical solutions
• Deploy and configure network devices (routers, switches, firewalls, etc.) according to the Statement of Work (SoW)
• Perform both preventive and corrective maintenance
• Troubleshoot and resolve network issues at the client site
• Escalate complex technical issues to principals or vendors
• Maintain documentation and submit regular technical reports
  

Job Requirements:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in network implementation
• Bachelors degree in computer engineering, Informatics, or other related fields

• Proficiency in routing protocols: OSPF, BGP, IS-IS
• Strong knowledge of switching and basic to intermediate network configuration
• Familiar with network security concepts, especially firewalls
• Experience with access points and SD-WAN technology

• Fast learner with a strong desire to improve
• Solid troubleshooting and analytical skills
• Preferably certified with CCNA or HCIA (Routing & Switching)
• Hands-on experience with devices from Cisco, Huawei, Aruba, Fortinet, or Palo Alto is a plus
• Willingness to explore and adapt to new technologies
