Responsibilities

Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or related field.
  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience as an Account Manager in the IT industry.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in both Indonesian and English.
  • Proven ability to negotiate, influence, and build long-term client relationships.
  • Experience in preparing and delivering impactful presentations.
  • Demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets with positive customer feedback.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
  • Fast learner, proactive, and passionate about sales.
  • Willing to work in Karawang

Preferred Qualifications (Nice to Have):

  • Understanding of manufacturing business processes.
  • Knowledge of marketing strategies and techniques.
