Responsibilities
- Consistently achieve annual revenue targets.

- Collect and analyze sales data and performance reports.

Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or related field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience as an Account Manager in the IT industry.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in both Indonesian and English.
- Proven ability to negotiate, influence, and build long-term client relationships.
- Experience in preparing and delivering impactful presentations.
- Demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets with positive customer feedback.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
- Fast learner, proactive, and passionate about sales.
- Willing to work in Karawang
Preferred Qualifications (Nice to Have):
- Understanding of manufacturing business processes.
- Knowledge of marketing strategies and techniques.
