Monday to Friday 9am 5pm
We are a well established market leader in the Glass Industry. Our clients range from homeowners looking to improve the aesthetics, functionality, or safety of their homes to designers, architects and builders who need reliable service and quality glass.
A new position has become available for a Receptionist to join our friendly team and be the first point of contact for our customers in the showroom, phone and email.
Responsibilities
- Maintain an immaculate showroom clean and tidy workspace
- Answer the phone promptly every time with a professional yet sunny disposition
- Listen to the customer needs and work to find the best solution
- Set up sales leads/deals in Pipedrive the Sales System and allocate to the correct team member
- Manage all incoming emails from the main email address in box
- Schedule jobs replacement jobs daily to the appropriate tradesman or allocate to the correct job queue
- Take payments from customers using eftpos machine
- Create invoices and send to account customers at time of purchase
