Commissioning Agent

 Job Description:

Responsibilities

  • Possesses a professional attitude showing interest in our client reputation and growth.
  • A fully competent commissioning agent in all conventional aspects of the area.
  • Plans and conducts work requiring judgment in independent evaluation, selection, adoption and modifications of standard techniques and procedures.
  • Works with the Group Manager to finalize Project Scope and Schedule of tasks and deliverables.
  • Manages all aspects for Commissioning Projects and Retro-Commissioning Projects.
  • Manage multiple projects and clients and provide direction and support to firm's Commissioning Agents.
  • Is assisted on projects by other Engineers and/or Designers.
  • Estimates manpower needs and schedules and assigns work to meet completion date.

Education and Experience

  • Preferably has a Professional Engineering License (P.E.) or Engineer-in-Training (E.I.T.) working toward P.E. Licensing.
  • Preferably has an Associate of Applied Science Degree
  • Eight years of experience in responsible charge of project commissioning.
  • Have minimally one Professional Commissioning Accreditation.
  • Preferably has a LEED AP BD+C.
