Job Description:
Responsibilities
High level of knowledge with Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, ability to work with minimal supervision, independently as well as part of a team.
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Good command of business procedures.
- Possess excellent interpersonal and collaboration skills.
- High standards of performance and flexibility in work assignments.
- Possess knowledge of company procedures.
- Uses good judgment.
- Work with Principal/Partners regarding format of jobs and establishing priorities.
- Work directly with Managers to assist in Production coordination.
- Maintain excellent word processing/filing standards.
- Create new standard specification sections and update as required. File electronic documents within a unique company file structure.
- Create project manuals from marked-up standard specifications.
- Word Processing of proposals, reports, etc.
- Update our client job lists, office manuals, special forms, etc.
- Orients and assists new administrative employees. May also act as a mentor to new employees.
- Develop forms and templates to assist in word and numbers processing.
- Detail oriented with all tasks.
- Performs duties primarily in the office during regular business hours.
- Contributes to a positive, collaborative, and productive team environment.
- Adaptable to change and ability to maintain professionalism at all times.
- Performs other related duties as assigned.
Education and Experience
- High School Graduate
- Preferably has an Associates or some College experience.
