Designation: FinTech Marketing Specialist

Key Function(s): Customer and client acquisition via marketing, PR, and sales programs

Start Date: ASAP

Location: Singapore

Compensation: Salary and Digital ESOP (DESOP), the world's first tradeable digital ESOP program

 

Core Responsibilities
You will work directly with our Co-Founder/CEO and C-suite team, taking full ownership of our online presence and customer acquisition programs. To be successful, you will already have experience building and running personalized, B2B inbound/outbound marketing campaigns to drive consistent sales revenue growth. You will be responsible for:

         Developing Go To Market Strategy for new products and features and implement them
         Drive the evolution of our brand positioning
         Build a marketing department
         Drive collaboration across our organization

 

Skills required:
         Demonstrable experience developing and executing go-to-market plans for platforms, including online and offline events, and content marketing (white papers, case studies, and blogging etc.);
         You are a self-starter, organized and self-motivated with the ability to define goals and prioritize your work;
         Strong analytical and writing skills. You are comfortable with data and analytics, and you can clearly communicate your results and ideas.

 

Qualifications / Experience Preferred
         Bachelor’s degree in Finance/Marketing (or a similar relevant qualification)
         3-5 years' proven track record in investment sales, relationship management in financial services, or Tech-related business development
         Strong knowledge of or experience in digital investment management / FinTech industry from a business development perspective
         Solid understanding of investment products and strategy
         Keen interest in blockchain applications, especially tokenization of capital markets
         Strong preference for an individual who has been trained in an institutional environment but has the mental agility required to thrive in a high-growth startup
         Independently demonstrated analytical and decision making skills in a previous role(s)
         International exposure either through education or work experience preferable
         Strong written and verbal communication, negotiation, and presentation skills in English

 

Preferred Qualities
         Proven experience in FinTech marketing or similar role
         Demonstrable experience in developing efficient strategies and business plans for all marketing aspects (branding, product promotion etc.)
         Must be able to work independently and be decisive in team settings despite limited information or uncertain outcomes
         Ability to relate well to others, build effective relationships across functions and levels, and use tact to diffuse high-tension situations
         Passionate about entrepreneurship, FinTech, and private market investments
         Must be able to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
         Ability to identify and resolve problems and develop alternative solutions in a timely manner
         Keen interest in building and advancing the future of FinTech in Asia
         Detail-oriented and organized
         Ability to act and operate independently with minimal daily direction
         Excellent time management and organizational skills
         Solid understanding of market research and data analysis methods
         Ability to apply marketing techniques over digital (e.g. social media) and non-digital (e.g. press) channels
