Designation: Institutional Sales manager (Digital Assets)
Key Function(s): Institutional Client acquisition and on-boarding on InvestaX Exchange
Start Date: ASAP
Compensation: Salary, commission and Digital ESOP (DESOP), the world's first tradeable digital ESOP program
You will work directly with our Co-Founder/CEO and C-suite team, taking full ownership of customer acquisition and Institutional Sales. To be successful, you will already have experience in handling Institutional clients, run your own sales strategies and campaigns, create sales pipelines and drive consistent acquisition.
Developing sale and adoption strategies for institutional and accredited investors
Drive the evolution of Digital Security Offerings in the financial sector
Create your own funnels to on-board institutional investors and AIs on to the InvestaX Platform
Constantly think of new ways to grow your network and improve acquisition methods.
Managing and developing relationships with existing and potential clients.
Actively identify prospects and establish contact with them with the objective of converting such prospects into clients.
Managing high-touch client pipeline from lead generation to acquisition
Build and maintain a detailed knowledge of key business and strategic issues facing target channels.
Keep up with market developments and work closely with the portfolio management team to offer insightful investment solutions to clients.
Assist team with managing high-touch client pipeline from lead generation to implementation
Serve as a trusted partner advising clients on digital asset matters.
Strong team player who can elevate the team’s knowledge and experience in order to establish credibility and gain trust from clients.
Responsible for the business development and sales of digital asset solutions to institutions and family offices.
Demonstrable experience in developing sales strategies and driving adoption on our platform
You are a self-starter, organized and self-motivated with the ability to define goals and prioritize your work;
Strong interpersonal skills and has a high drive to achieve results
Hungry, self-motivated, resourcel, a quick learner, able to multitask and work independently
Posses good contacts with Financial Intermediaries along with solid networking skills
Can handle unique business problems and a fast-paced work environment
Qualifications / Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Finance/Accountancy prefered
3-6 years' proven track record in institutional sales, relationship management in financial services, investment banking or asset management
Strong knowledge or experience in digital investment/ FinTech industry from a sales and adoption perspective
Solid understanding of investment products and strategy
Strong preference for an individual who has been trained in an institutional environment but has the mental agility required to thrive in a high-growth startup
Independently demonstrated sales and decision making skills in a previous role(s)
International exposure either through education or work experience preferable
Strong written and verbal communication, negotiation, and presentation skills in English
Experience in digital assets institutional sales or similar role
Keen interest and understanding of security tokens and cryptocurrency
Demonstrable experience in developing efficient strategies and business plans for all marketing aspects (branding, product promotion etc.)
Must be able to work independently and be decisive in team settings despite limited information or uncertain outcomes
Passionate about entrepreneurship, FinTech, and private market investments
Must be able to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
Keen interest in building and advancing the future of FinTech in Asia
Excellent time management and organizational skills
Solid understanding of the blockchain space and financial markets
