About the role:

  • Developing and conceptualizing a comprehensive UI/UX design strategy for the brand

  • Work with stakeholders to identify requirements

  • Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mock-ups for web / mobile

  • Develop and implement usability testing

  • Design for accessibility standards with focus on customer experience

  • Work with developers to ensure designs are integrated truly

  • Work closely with product managers and marketing to maximize customer success

  • Adhering to style standards on typography and graphic design

Core capabilities:

  • Minimum of 2 years UI/UX design experience for digital products or services

  • A portfolio of professional UI/UX design work for both web and mobile platforms

  • Working knowledge of the following technologies and software: Figma, iOS, Android, HTML, CSS

  • A team player but can work independently too

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Multi-tasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks

  • Comfortable working with Agile and Design Thinking

  • Strong English communication skills

  • Experience writing technical documents, tracking technical debt, understanding refactoring, etc
