About the job Mobile Engineer - iOS/Android

As a software engineer in the Customer Success Platform mobile team, you will work with various feature domains and external partners to create the next-generation client Assistant experiences.

Location (Hybrid)

Qualifications (Must):

  • Must have Custom views and dynamic Animation Views experience with UI Design Experience.
  • BS/BA or equivalent with 8+ years professional software development experience
  • Experience in designing, developing, and delivering software and/or platforms used by other developers (libraries)
  • Deep expertise in Android/iOS development experience (Kotlin, Java, Swift, Objective-C, RxJava, SwiftUI, etc.)
  • Have released Android/iOS app
  • Good understanding of Web services and SOA-related standards like REST/JSON.
  • Familiar and comfortable with Android/iOS/Web technologies, the tradeoffs, and the design patterns emerging
  • Proven problem-solver and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Ability to operate effectively both independently as well and within a team using Agile methodology.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Sharp learning curve and open to learning/working in new technologies/platforms.

Responsibilities

  • Support the entire application lifecycle (concept, design, test, release, and support)
  • Produce fully functional mobile applications writing clean code
  • Gather specific requirements and suggest solutions
  • Write unit and UI tests to identify malfunctions
  • Troubleshoot and debug to optimize performance
  • Design interfaces to improve user experience
  • Liaise with Product development and other internal teams to plan new features
  • Ensure new applications meet quality standards
  • Research and suggest new mobile products, applications, and protocols
  • First time for client's creating an assistant bot
  • Leading the pack by using AI no one else has led by AI for creating an assistant bot
  • Working on user-driven approach to build UI elements and layouts and composing experience
