Location: London, Ontario
Schedule: Full-time, Monday – Friday with on-call rotation (1 week on / 2 weeks off)
Salary: $33/hr - $37/hr

Description:
Our client is seeking a hands-on Service Technician to support customers across Southwestern Ontario. This is a field-based role focused on emergency troubleshooting, preventative maintenance, and equipment installations. The ideal candidate brings strong mechanical expertise, solid electrical knowledge, and a customer-first mindset, with a strong preference for experience in compressed air systems.
Key Responsibilities:

Perform emergency field service, diagnostics, and troubleshooting at customer sites

Execute scheduled preventative maintenance, repairs, and new equipment installations

Read and interpret three-phase electrical panels, schematics, and technical drawings

Service and maintain mechanical systems with supporting electrical components

Work directly with clients on-site, providing clear communication and professional service

Use digital tools and IT platforms for reporting, diagnostics, and service documentation

Participate in an on-call rotation and respond to urgent service requests as needed

Travel occasionally for overnight service calls or training (approximately 10–20% annually)

Attend technical training sessions in Montreal or the U.S. as required
Qualifications:

3–5 years of field service experience in an industrial or client-facing environment

Strong mechanical background (3–5 years required)

Minimum 1 year of electrical experience, with strong understanding of three-phase systems

Ability to read and interpret electrical diagrams and technical documentation

Comfortable working independently in the field and managing customer interactions

Proficient with IT tools, mobile service platforms, and digital reporting systems

Strong preference for experience with compressed air systems

Familiarity with piping systems and industrial layouts is an asset
Background Preferences:

Experience in manufacturing, industrial service, or food & beverage facilities
-
HVAC background is highly desirable
