Description:
Our client is seeking an experienced and client-focused Financial Advisor with a specialized background in 401K business and retirement planning. The ideal candidate will bring at least 3 years of experience in wealth management or financial advising, combined with strong analytical capabilities and a passion for helping clients secure their financial futures. This is a client-facing role that requires excellent interpersonal skills, strategic thinking, and a solid understanding of retirement plans and investment products.
- Advise individuals and business clients on retirement planning, with a strong emphasis on 401K plan design, implementation, and ongoing support
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, maintaining high standards of communication and relationship management
- Analyze client financial needs and develop tailored investment and savings strategies
- Conduct regular portfolio reviews and adjustments to ensure alignment with client goals and market trends
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless onboarding and service delivery
- Stay current on financial regulations, retirement planning laws, and industry best practices
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in financial advising, wealth management, or a related field
- Demonstrated expertise in 401K plans and business retirement solutions
- Must have either a Series 65 license OR a Series 66 AND Series 7 licenses
- Must be open to attaining a CFP in the first 12 months
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a proven track record of success in client-facing roles
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
