Base Salary: $55,000 $85,000 
OTE: $80,000 $120,000+ (Uncapped Commission)

About the Role

Our client is a fast-growing logistics company looking to expand its sales team from the ground up. Theyre actively seeking a full-cycle freight sales professional who can step in and take over the outbound sales efforts previously led by the Founder. Youll be joining a close-knit, results-driven team where the leadership is deeply committed to empowering salespeoplenot micromanaging them.

This is not a churn-and-burn call center job. This is a serious role for someone who wants to grow into a leadership position, help shape the sales culture, and build a book of business with long-term upside.


Key Responsibilities

  • Own the full sales cycle: prospecting, pitching, and closing

  • Run your own outbound campaigns via phone, email, and LinkedIn

  • Build and manage your pipeline using CRM tools

  • Create custom prospect lists and outbound messaging

  • Engage and retain clients through consistent follow-up and value-driven service

  • Learn directly from company leadership and receive dedicated mentorship

What Youll Need

  • 1+ years of B2B full-cycle sales experience.

  • Experience in freight/logistics, SaaS, or service-based sectors preferred

  • Proven ability to launch and manage cold outreach campaigns (email and phone)
  • Familiarity with CRM systems.  HubSpot experience is a strong plus

  • Self-starter mindset with strong follow-through and resilience

  • Excellent communication skills and professional presence

  • Based in or near Michigan. Living in or near Metro Detroit is a major advantage
