Recruiter IP Author (Hyderabad, India)

Position Overview:
We are looking for an experienced and driven Recruiter to join our team in Hyderabad, India, to lead and manage the end-to-end recruitment process. The ideal candidate will have experience working with AI-driven companies, software startups, or similar industries, combined with strong organizational and interpersonal skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. End-to-End Recruitment Management:
    • Lead and manage the entire recruitment lifecycle, including job postings, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.

    • Collaborate with internal teams to develop accurate and compelling job descriptions tailored to each role.

  2. Sourcing & Talent Acquisition:
    • Build a strong talent pipeline using a variety of channels, including job boards, LinkedIn, employee referrals, networking events, and other innovative sourcing strategies.

    • Actively identify and engage with high-quality candidates, ensuring the right fit for both the role and the company culture.

  3. Process Tracking & Reporting:
    • Maintain and monitor the progress of each recruitment drive, ensuring that resumes flow through the pipeline efficiently and candidates are updated promptly.

    • Create dashboards and progress reports to provide internal teams with visibility into the hiring pipeline.

  4. Relationship Building:
    • Build long-term relationships with candidates to create a strong talent pool for future needs.

    • Act as a brand ambassador for IP Author, ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

  5. Industry Expertise:
    • Stay updated on hiring trends in AI, SaaS, and software startups to ensure IP Author remains competitive in attracting top talent.

    • Provide insights into compensation benchmarks and industry hiring practices to help refine recruitment strategies.

  6. Collaboration & Strategy Development:
    • Work closely with hiring managers to understand specific role requirements and create tailored recruitment strategies.

    • Collaborate with leadership to design and implement long-term workforce planning and recruitment strategies.

Qualifications:

  • Education:
    • MBA Human Resources preferred, but relevant experience in recruitment for AI-driven and or IP tools companies, software startups, or similar industries will be considered.

  • Experience:
    • 3-7 years of end-to-end recruitment experience, ideally in a fast-growing tech environment.

    • Proven ability to source and recruit talent across multiple disciplines (engineering, sales, marketing, operations, etc.).

    • Experience working with ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems) and creating detailed recruitment reports.

  • Skills & Competencies:
    • Strong understanding of recruitment best practices and current market trends, especially in AI and tech industries.

    • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with candidates and internal teams.

    • High level of organization and ability to manage multiple recruitment drives simultaneously.

    • Creative and resourceful in sourcing talent, with a track record of filling hard-to-hire roles.

    • Strong analytical skills to monitor recruitment metrics and suggest improvements
