Impact

• Lead and motivate the store team for smooth daily operations.
• Proactively approach companies and close B2B deals.
• Achieve sales targets and guard store standards.
• Execute strategy and HQ guidelines.

Profile

• Associate/Bachelor level; proven leadership experience.
• Strong commercial mindset; retail exposure is a plus.
• Selfstarter with own transport (Lelydorp/Wanica area preferred).
