Job Summary:

We are looking for a proactive, organized, and results-driven Social Media Manager VA to support daily marketing operations, lead generation, and client outreach efforts. This role is ideal for someone who can balance both creative and administrative responsibilities while helping drive business growth through consistent prospecting, engagement, and brand visibility. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience in social media content creation and management, including planning content calendars, creating graphics, editing short-form videos, and publishing engaging content across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn.

In addition to content support, the successful candidate should have solid experience in lead generation, appointment setting, and direct client outreach. This includes researching prospects, building targeted lead lists, qualifying leads, conducting cold calls, following up with potential clients, and scheduling appointments. Strong communication, attention to detail, and the ability to manage lead tracking, outreach records, and follow-ups are essential, as this role plays a key part in strengthening online presence, generating new business opportunities, and supporting overall company growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and support social media platforms by creating, scheduling, and posting content
  • Design engaging graphics and edit short-form videos for social media campaigns
  • Conduct lead generation through research, prospecting, and database building
  • Perform cold calling to qualify leads and introduce services to potential clients
  • Handle appointment setting and coordinate meetings with qualified prospects
  • Maintain organized lead tracking and update CRM or lead management systems
  • Assist with basic administrative and marketing-related virtual assistant tasks

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as an SMM VA, Virtual Assistant, or similar role
  • Hands-on experience in lead generation and prospect research
  • Confident in cold calling and speaking with potential clients professionally
  • Experience in appointment setting and lead follow-up
  • Skilled in graphic design using tools such as Canva or similar platforms
  • Experience in video editing for social media content using tools such as CapCut, Adobe
  • Premiere Pro, or similar
  • Strong written and verbal English communication skills
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to work independently
