Job Summary:

We are seeking a proactive, organized, and creative NDIS Virtual Assistant with Social Media Management experience to support Australian-based NDIS providers and businesses with both administrative operations and online brand presence. The ideal candidate has experience handling NDIS-related administrative tasks while also managing social media content, engagement, and digital marketing support. This role requires someone who can balance administrative responsibilities such as scheduling, documentation, and client coordination with creative tasks including content creation, graphic editing, and social media management. The successful candidate should possess strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced remote environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage calendars, appointments, and scheduling for NDIS clients and staff
  • Handle email management and communication with participants, providers, and stakeholders
  • Maintain and organize participant records, documentation, and administrative files
  • Assist with invoices, service agreements, onboarding, and general admin support
  • Create and schedule engaging social media content across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn
  • Design basic graphics and edit short-form videos for marketing and brand awareness
  • Monitor social media messages, comments, and audience engagement
  • Support marketing campaigns, promotions, and community outreach initiatives
  • Ensure branding consistency across all social media and marketing materials
  • Perform research and other virtual assistant tasks as assigned

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant, NDIS Admin Assistant, or Social Media VA
  • Familiarity with the Australian NDIS system and administrative processes is preferred
  • Experience managing social media platforms and content scheduling tools
  • Proficiency in Canva, CapCut, Meta Business Suite, or similar editing and scheduling tools
  • Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
  • Strong organizational, multitasking, and time management abilities
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Reliable internet connection and suitable remote work setup
  • Experience working with Australian clients or healthcare-related businesses
  • Knowledge of social media marketing, branding, and audience engagement strategies
  • Basic video editing and graphic design skills
  • Familiarity with CRM systems, Google Workspace, and Microsoft Office
  • Experience with lead generation, community management, or customer support
