Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Virtual Assistant (EVA) with proven experience in appointment setting and Social Media Management (SMM). This role requires someone who can efficiently manage executive administrative tasks, drive consistent lead generation through strategic outreach, and build a strong online presence across multiple social media platforms.
The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, tech-savvy, results-driven, and capable of working independently in a fast-paced remote environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Executive & Administrative Support
- Manage executive calendar, appointments, and email correspondence
- Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, and take meeting minutes
- Handle CRM updates and maintain accurate records
- Organize files, documents, and reports
- Assist with project coordination and task follow-ups
Appointment Setting & Lead Generation
- Conduct outbound outreach via email, LinkedIn, and other platforms
- Qualify leads and schedule appointments for the executive or sales team
- Maintain and update lead tracking systems and CRM
- Follow up with prospects to increase booking rates
- Track KPIs related to outreach and appointment conversions
Social Media Management (SMM)
- Develop and implement social media content strategies
- Create, schedule, and publish engaging posts across platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok)
- Monitor engagement, respond to comments/messages, and grow online communities
- Analyze social media performance metrics and prepare reports
- Collaborate on branding, content ideas, and campaign execution
Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience as an Executive Virtual Assistant or similar role
- Strong background in appointment setting and outbound prospecting
- Hands-on experience with Social Media Management
- Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, GoHighLevel, Salesforce, etc.)
- Experience with scheduling tools (e.g., Calendly)
- Knowledge of social media scheduling tools (e.g., Meta Business Suite, Hootsuite, Buffer)
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
- Strong organizational and time management abilities
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
- High level of professionalism and confidentiality
