Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly skilled and creative GoHighLevel (GHL) Virtual Assistant to support our business operations with a strong focus on social media management, content creation, and digital marketing. The ideal candidate will be proficient in GoHighLevel, capable of creating engaging graphics and videos, and experienced in managing social media platforms to boost brand visibility and engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and oversee daily social media activities across various platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.).

  • Develop, schedule, and publish content that aligns with the brands voice and marketing goals.

  • Design visually appealing graphics and promotional materials using tools like Canva, Photoshop, or Illustrator.

  • Edit and produce engaging short-form and long-form videos for marketing campaigns, social media, and other channels.

  • Utilize GoHighLevel (GHL) for CRM management, email marketing campaigns, sales funnels, automations, and client communications.

  • Monitor and analyze performance metrics to optimize campaigns and content strategy.

  • Collaborate with the marketing team to brainstorm and execute creative strategies that drive growth.

  • Provide general VA support including communication, reporting, and other administrative tasks as needed.

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant with strong skills in GoHighLevel (GHL).

  • Solid background in social media management and digital marketing strategies.

  • Proficiency in graphic design and content creation (Canva, Photoshop, Illustrator, or similar tools).

  • Strong video editing skills using tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro, CapCut, or similar.

  • Excellent communication, time management, and organizational skills.

  • Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and adapt to shifting priorities.

  • Knowledge of SEO and paid advertising (Facebook/Google Ads) is a plus.

  • Creative thinker with attention to detail and problem-solving mindset.
