Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and versatile Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive support to our executive team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong blend of administrative expertise, digital marketing acumen, and creative skills, capable of managing diverse tasks and contributing to our online presence and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

Administrative Support:

  • Manage executive calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings (including Zoom meetings).
  • Handle general administrative tasks, including email management, document preparation, and record-keeping.
  • Organize and maintain digital files and systems.
  • Assist with various ad-hoc projects as required.

Social Media & Digital Marketing:

  • Develop, schedule, and manage content for various social media platforms, with a strong focus on Facebook.
  • Create and manage Facebook Ad campaigns, including audience targeting, ad creative development, and performance monitoring.
  • Assist with the development and execution of digital marketing strategies.

Content & Creative Development:

  • Utilize graphic design tools to create engaging visuals for social media, presentations, and other marketing materials.
  • Contribute creative ideas for campaigns, content, and overall brand messaging.
  • Format books and prepare them for upload to platforms like Kindle.

Automation & Systems Management:

  • Manage and optimize GoHighLevel (GHL) automation workflows, funnels, and links.
  • Ensure seamless integration and functionality of various digital tools and platforms.

YouTube Channel Management:

  • Assist with the planning, scheduling, and uploading of video content to the YouTube channel.
  • Optimize video titles, descriptions, and tags for discoverability.
  • Monitor channel performance and engagement.

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar administrative support role.
  • Demonstrable experience in social media management, particularly Facebook.
  • Hands-on experience with Facebook Ads, including campaign setup and optimization.
  • Proficiency in graphic design software (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite basics, or similar).
  • Experience with GoHighLevel (GHL) or similar CRM/marketing automation platforms is highly preferred.
  • Familiarity with book formatting and Kindle direct publishing processes.
  • Experience with YouTube channel management (uploading, optimization).
  • Strong proficiency in Zoom for virtual meetings and webinars.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • High level of discretion and confidentiality.
  • Proactive, self-motivated, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
