Position Title: Social Media Manager (with Graphic & Video Editing Experience)

Type of Employment: Part/Full-Time

Salary Range: Pho 35-40,000.00

Job Summary:

We are seeking a creative and results-driven Social Media Manager with strong skills in graphic design and video editing to join our growing team. This role will be responsible for developing and executing engaging social media strategies, creating compelling visual content, and driving brand awareness and audience engagement across all major platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, implement, and manage social media strategies across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, X, YouTube, etc.)
  • Create, edit, and publish high-quality graphics, short-form videos, reels, and animations using tools like Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, CapCut, or Final Cut Pro
  • Manage content calendars and ensure consistent, timely posting in alignment with brand voice and marketing objectives
  • Monitor engagement metrics (likes, shares, comments, reach, conversions), and report on performance using tools like Meta Business Suite, Hootsuite, or Later
  • Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, sales, product) to align social content with campaigns and promotions
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, tools, and algorithm changes to optimize reach and engagement
  • Respond to messages, comments, and mentions in a timely and professional manner
  • Assist in growing followers and community engagement through organic and paid strategies

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience in social media management and content creation
  • Proficiency in graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Photoshop, Illustrator)
  • Experience with video editing software (e.g., CapCut, Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or InShot)
  • Strong understanding of social media trends, algorithms, and platform best practices
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to multitask, meet deadlines, and work independently or as part of a team
  • Bonus: Experience with paid ads, copywriting, influencer outreach, or email marketing
