Role Overview
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Virtual Assistant to provide immediate interim support with NDIS billing and administrative tasks. This role is initially short-term but may lead to a longer-term opportunity for the right candidate.

Key Responsibilities

  • Upload and manage NDIS invoices via the NDIS system

  • Handle NDIS billing and basic claims processing

  • Reconcile accounts in Xero

  • Assist with NDIS-related administrative tasks

  • Provide social media support or advertising assistance as needed

  • Respond promptly to urgent tasks, including occasional weekend support

Requirements

  • Proven experience with NDIS billing and invoicing

  • Hands-on experience using Xero

  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy

  • Ability to work independently and meet urgent deadlines

  • Excellent communication skills

  • Availability for immediate start and flexible hours when required

Nice to Have

  • Experience supporting NDIS providers

  • Background in admin support, bookkeeping, or VA roles

  • Basic knowledge of social media management or ads.
