Role Overview
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Virtual Assistant to provide immediate interim support with NDIS billing and administrative tasks. This role is initially short-term but may lead to a longer-term opportunity for the right candidate.
Key Responsibilities

Upload and manage NDIS invoices via the NDIS system

Handle NDIS billing and basic claims processing

Reconcile accounts in Xero

Assist with NDIS-related administrative tasks

Provide social media support or advertising assistance as needed

Respond promptly to urgent tasks, including occasional weekend support
Requirements

Proven experience with NDIS billing and invoicing

Hands-on experience using Xero

Strong attention to detail and accuracy

Ability to work independently and meet urgent deadlines

Excellent communication skills

Availability for immediate start and flexible hours when required
Nice to Have

Experience supporting NDIS providers
-
Background in admin support, bookkeeping, or VA roles

Basic knowledge of social media management or ads.
