Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Odoo Virtual Assistant (VA) to support daily business operations using the Odoo ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) system. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience managing and maintaining Odoo modules, assisting with data management, generating reports, and supporting internal teams with system-related tasks.

This role is ideal for someone who is organized, tech-savvy, and experienced in working with ERP systems, particularly Odoo, while supporting remote teams and ensuring efficient workflow across departments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain daily operations within the Odoo ERP system.
  • Assist with data entry, updates, and management across Odoo modules such as CRM, Sales, Inventory, Accounting, and Projects.
  • Create and manage customers, vendors, products, and service records in the system.
  • Generate and maintain reports, dashboards, and data analysis using Odoo tools.
  • Assist with order processing, invoicing, and tracking transactions within the platform.
  • Provide technical and user support for team members using Odoo.
  • Help configure workflows, automations, and basic system settings when required.
  • Maintain data accuracy, system organization, and documentation.
  • Assist with integration of Odoo with other tools such as email platforms, CRMs, or project management systems.
  • Identify system issues and coordinate with developers or IT teams for troubleshooting and improvements.
  • Document processes, user guides, and system procedures related to Odoo usage.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Proven experience working with Odoo ERP as a Virtual Assistant, Administrator, or Support Specialist.
  • Strong understanding of Odoo modules such as CRM, Sales, Inventory, Accounting, or Project Management.
  • Experience with data management, reporting, and workflow automation within Odoo.
  • Strong organizational and data accuracy skills.
  • Ability to troubleshoot basic system issues and support team members.
  • Familiarity with business processes such as sales, invoicing, inventory, or operations.
  • Excellent communication skills, especially when assisting non-technical users.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
