Position Overview: We are currently seeking a talented Web Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for design, a keen eye for detail, and a drive for creativity. They will collaborate closely with our team to create visually stunning websites that align with our clients' goals and objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create visually appealing and user-friendly websites for clients across various industries.
  • Collaborate with team members to develop business branding strategies and design concepts.
  • Utilize in-depth knowledge of design principles and elements to produce high-quality web designs.
  • Work within established design processes and workflows, incorporating feedback to refine designs.
  • Design various types of websites and pages, including blogs, eCommerce stores, and online courses.
  • Utilize UI design tools such as Figma or Sketch to create wireframes, prototypes, and final designs.
  • Familiarity with online website builders such as Webflow, WebWave, or WordPress page builders like Divvy or Elementor.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in web design to continuously improve skills and techniques.

Requirements:

  • In-depth knowledge of design principles, including the 7 fundamental design elements: line, shape, value, color, texture, type, and negative space.
  • Experience working in a collaborative team environment where feedback is integral to the design process.
  • Proficiency in UI design tools such as Figma or Sketch.
  • Experience designing various types of websites and pages, including blogs, eCommerce stores, and online courses.
  • Familiarity with online website builders (Webflow, WebWave) or WordPress page builders (Divvy, Elementor).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

Bonus Skills:

  • Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
  • Experience with Duda platform (https://www.duda.co).
