Ironbrij is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Content Manager and Copywriter with a solid marketing background to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail, exceptional writing skills, and a strategic mindset to create compelling and engaging content across various channels. As a key member of our marketing team, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our brand voice, driving engagement, and enhancing our online presence.
Responsibilities:
- Content Strategy: Develop and implement a comprehensive content strategy aligned with the company's marketing objectives and target audience.
- Content Creation: Produce high-quality, engaging, and persuasive content for various platforms including website, blog posts, social media, email campaigns, advertisements, and more.
- Copywriting: Craft clear, concise, and compelling copy for marketing materials, product descriptions, landing pages, and promotional campaigns.
- SEO Optimization: Conduct keyword research and optimize content for search engines to improve organic visibility and drive traffic.
- Content Calendar: Manage and maintain an editorial calendar to ensure timely delivery of content and alignment with marketing initiatives.
- Content Distribution: Coordinate the distribution of content across relevant channels to maximize reach and engagement.
- Analytics and Reporting: Monitor content performance metrics, analyze data insights, and generate regular reports to evaluate effectiveness and inform future strategies.
- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams including marketing, design, product, and sales to align content efforts with overall business goals.
- Brand Voice: Maintain consistency in brand voice, tone, and messaging across all content channels to reinforce brand identity and values.
- Stay Updated: Keep abreast of industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in content marketing and copywriting to continuously improve strategies and tactics.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Content Manager, Copywriter, or similar role, preferably in a marketing or advertising agency.
- Exceptional writing and editing skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Strong understanding of SEO principles and content optimization techniques.
- Proficiency in content management systems (CMS) and familiarity with digital marketing tools and platforms.
- Excellent organizational and project management abilities with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Creative thinker with the ability to generate innovative ideas and concepts.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with team members.
