Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop annual sales and profit plans by analyzing market trends and results
  • Set sales targets and forecasts for regions and products
  • Create and implement a business plan covering sales, revenue, and expenses
  • Monitor market conditions, customer demand, and competitor activities
  • Adjust pricing based on cost, demand, and competition
  • Achieve assigned sales targets and goals
  • Set individual targets for sales team members
  • Track sales performance and prepare reports
  • Manage and monitor the performance of the sales team
  • Coordinate with the marketing team for lead generation
  • Provide ongoing training and development for the sales team
  • Motivate and guide team members through coaching and product training
  • Promote company products and services in the market
  • Understand customer needs and align them with product offerings
  • Support overall team objectives and complete assigned tasks

Authorization:

  • Prepare sales proforma invoices and quotations
  • Handle customer queries as per company standards
  • Provide product-related documents as required
  • Develop and manage agents or representatives in assigned regions

Work Coordination:

Internal: Sales Coordinator, Sales Engineer, Production, Service Team
External: Customers, Sales Team

Qualifications:

  • Education: Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, or Master's Degree
  • Field of Study: Commerce, BBA, MBA, Polytechnic, International Trade, Chemical/Plastic Machinery

Experience:

  • Minimum 2+ years of relevant sales experience

Skills & Knowledge:

  • Proficiency in MS Office
  • Strong understanding of product and sales processes
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Team management and leadership abilities
