Retail Sales Assistant Womens Clothing Store

Location: Bugis, Singapore

Industry: Fashion Retail (Women's Apparel)

Salary & Benefits:

• Basic Salary: SGD 1,600

• Attendance Bonus: SGD 100

• Commission: Approx. SGD 300-700/month

• Total Monthly Earnings: SGD 2,000+

• Annual Leave: 7 days/year

• Off Days: 1 day per week

• Public Holidays: Double pay or replacement day off

Working Hours:

• 11:30 AM 10:00 PM (Shift may vary slightly)

Requirements:

Retail or sales experience preferred

Domestic helper/maid experience not accepted

Personality: Friendly, presentable, proactive, and customer-oriented

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist customers in the store

• Promote and sell womens fashion products

• Maintain store cleanliness and merchandise display

• Achieve sales targets and earn commission

• Handle POS and basic customer service tasks
