Our client requires the services of a Team Assistant (Entry) - Midrand/Menlyn/Rosslyn/Home Office rotation.

POSITION: Contract until December 2025

EXPERIENCE: 2-4 Years related working experience.

COMMENCEMENT: As soon as possible

QUALIFICATIONS/EXPERIENCE

  • Office Administration or Business Administration Diploma or equivalent qualification.
  • At least 2 years experience in a similar role.

ESSENTIAL SKILLS:

  • Strong administration skills, including planning and management of training facilities.
  • Advanced MS Office Skills.
  • Strong presentation Skills.
  • Strong communication skills (verbal and written)
  • Strong interpersonal skills (relate well to people internally and externally).
  • High level of motivation.
  • Planning, organizing and co-ordinating.

ADVANTAGEOUS TECHNICAL SKILLS

  • SAP knowledge/experience time management, training event management and reporting.
  • SRM knowledge/experience.
  • Travel Management
  • Event coordination

ROLE:

  • Coordinate meetings, plan Talent management initiatives and track projects.
  • Venue bookings and logistics-related training events (and external events) held in the Training Academy).
  • Initiate and process all shopping carts and purchase orders for Talent Management.
  • Manage office supplies and ensure adequate levels thereof.
  • Coordinate team activities.
  • Administer time management for the Talent Management team including monitoring clocking errors on SAP, leaving admin and ticket coordination with HR Services (where needed).
  • Compile reports where required.
  • Support in the implementation of various projects in the Talent Management team.
