Our client requires the services of a Team Assistant (Entry) - Midrand/Menlyn/Rosslyn/Home Office rotation.

POSITION: Contract until December 2025
EXPERIENCE: 2-4 Years related working experience.
COMMENCEMENT: As soon as possible
QUALIFICATIONS/EXPERIENCE
- Office Administration or Business Administration Diploma or equivalent qualification.
- At least 2 years experience in a similar role.
ESSENTIAL SKILLS:
- Strong administration skills, including planning and management of training facilities.
- Advanced MS Office Skills.
- Strong presentation Skills.
- Strong communication skills (verbal and written)
- Strong interpersonal skills (relate well to people internally and externally).
- High level of motivation.
- Planning, organizing and co-ordinating.
ADVANTAGEOUS TECHNICAL SKILLS
- SAP knowledge/experience time management, training event management and reporting.
- SRM knowledge/experience.
- Travel Management
- Event coordination
ROLE:
- Coordinate meetings, plan Talent management initiatives and track projects.
- Venue bookings and logistics-related training events (and external events) held in the Training Academy).
- Initiate and process all shopping carts and purchase orders for Talent Management.
- Manage office supplies and ensure adequate levels thereof.
- Coordinate team activities.
- Administer time management for the Talent Management team including monitoring clocking errors on SAP, leaving admin and ticket coordination with HR Services (where needed).
- Compile reports where required.
- Support in the implementation of various projects in the Talent Management team.
