Our client requires the services of a Senior Planner-10+yrs exp (SAP and Primavera).

POSITION: Fixed Term Contract for 12 months (estimated) (option to extend).

COMMENCEMENT: As soon as possible.

REQUIREMENTS:

Qualifications:

• Primavera Certification
• Engineering Qualification will be advantageous
• SAP and Primavera Superuser
• Microsoft Projects Experience:
• 10 - 15 years in project planning environment
• Exposure to large-scale projects
• Boiler construction experience will be advantageous

THE ROLE:

• Compile a consolidated schedule for the project by combining all available information and sub-schedules available.
• Coordinate the planning and scheduling function.
• Stakeholder management
• Ensure process and resource optimization
• Develop and maintain the project schedule on Microsoft projects / Primavera
• Proactively obtain progress updates from construction personnel or appointed contractors
• Field validation of construction progress
• Integration of project schedules into project master plan
• Compile weekly and monthly schedule progress reports and S-Curve development
• Flag schedule risks to management
• Identify mitigations for schedule risks and issues
