Our client requires the services of a Delivery Assurance Manager (Senior) - Midrand/Menlyn/Rosslyn/Home Office rotation.

EXPERIENCE: 4-6 Years related working experience.

COMMENCEMENT: As soon as possible

QUALIFICATIONS/EXPERIENCE

• South African citizens/residents are preferred.
• Capability as a Test Manager (minimum 5+ years)
• Proven ability to manage a team (minimum 3+ years)
• Resource planning and estimation
• Owning & tracking the test plan and phases
• Documenting and evidencing test findings and flows
• Appreciates the need to plan and manage projects through the benefits they deliver
• Experience working within the motor manufacturing industry
• A background in testing of cloud based applications

ESSENTIAL SKILLS:

• Any additional responsibilities assigned in the Agile Working Model (AWM) Charter
• Experience in test planning and strategies
• Quality assurance methodologies
• Coordinating all testing roles and responsibilities within teams
• Effectively follow the software development life cycle
• Engagement with stakeholders at all levels

ADVANTAGEOUS TECHNICAL SKILLS

• Experience with JIRA / Confluence
• Experience in Agile / Scrum Project Approach
• A broad knowledge of the project lifecycle
• Experience leading regional test teams
• Advocates test asset reuse within IT portfolio
• Manager to understand what actions are required to close out findings

ROLE:

• Participating in preparation of quality assessments, reports, and metrics formulating go-no go statement based on reports and metrics, test progress and defect status
• Lead execution of planned test cases, ensuring that all test results are correctly recorded against the system
• Coordinating all testing roles and responsibilities within teams
• Develop detailed work plans for engagements, status tracking and reporting, and production of high quality deliverables for clients
• Applying standards and specialist quality assurance expertise to deliver, whilst providing effective management to teams
