At iSec, we are looking for a highly motivated Senior Accountant with strong accounting expertise and analytical skills. This role is designed for professionals who aspire to grow beyond traditional accounting responsibilities and build a long-term career in financial planning, business analysis, and finance leadership.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and management reports.
• Manage the General Ledger, AP, AR, bank reconciliations, journal entries, and month/year-end closing.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations, and internal financial controls.
• Coordinate with external auditors, tax consultants, banks, and regulatory authorities.
• Assist in preparing annual budgets, financial forecasts, and cash flow plans.
• Analyze financial performance, identify cost-saving opportunities, and provide recommendations to management.
• Prepare financial dashboards, KPIs, and management reports to support business decisions.
• Participate in business planning, financial analysis, and evaluating business opportunities.
• Support the development and improvement of accounting policies, financial procedures, and internal controls.
• Contribute to finance transformation initiatives and continuous process improvement.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 5–7 years of accounting experience in a corporate environment.
• Strong knowledge of Financial Reporting, Budgeting, Financial Analysis, Cash Flow Management, Taxation, and Internal Controls.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills and experience with ERP systems.
• Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• High level of integrity, ownership, and attention to detail.

Preferred Qualifications

• CMA, CPA, IFRS Diploma, or equivalent professional certification.
• Experience in budgeting, financial planning, and management reporting.
• Good knowledge of Egyptian tax regulations.
