Role Summary/Purpose

The Engineered Systems Products Sales Leader will be responsible for implementing the company’s strategy and Products sales plan/target in the Middle East region. The individual will be leading a team of sales managers in the region and directly covering those countries without sales managers. The ME Products Sales Leader along with their team will be responsible for managing and growing customer base mostly through indirect sales as well as selected direct sales to key end users that have Water technologise membranes installed in their systems. The Products Sales Leader and their team will be selling the value of  Water Technologies & Solutions (WTS) Products portfolio, including membranes and filters, skid mounted equipment and other WTS products, serving our clients.

Essential Responsibilities

• Achieving and exceeding sales and growth targets in the ME region by promoting, specifying and selling WTS portfolio of technologies through indirect and selected direct channels

• Proactively developing and securing business in the ME for WTS's products portfolio in Municipal and Industrial Water & Wastewater sector.

• Developing a pipeline of business opportunities with a clear strategy for achieving and exceeding assigned sales targets through indirect and selected direct sales channels

• Manage Channel Partners relationship and build new channel partners as needed to support growth of WTS Product sales in the countries and market verticals

• Plan and obtain relevant governmental approvals and registrations for the WTS Products in the ME in a timely and efficient manner

• Negotiating and closing profitable orders in line with WTS processes and guidelines in a timely and efficient manner
