Relationship Manager

Job Roles & Responsibility

· Supporting and helping build successful agents (Brokers) and selling through Direct channels.

· Generating client leads to buy and sell a Property (Off Plans/Ready to move)

· Assisting in Negotiations between buyers and sellers.

· Recruiting agents to the brokerage to increase size and sales.

· Responding to agent questions on Contracts, Negotiations, Strategies & Goal planning

· Showing properties to Potential Buyer. (Investors)

· Preparing Loyalty contracts, Purchasing agreement, Deeds & other documents for each real estate transaction.

· Meeting with clients and maintaining client relationships.

· Tracking, collecting, and interpreting sales figures and reporting.

· Staying Informed on the Real Estate Industry.

Must Have:-

· Any Bachelor degree or any diploma holder

· Min 6 months or 1 year experience in Real Estate (Off Plans/Ready to move)

Reporting Structure:-

· Reporting to Sales Director
