Job Roles & Responsibilities:

As a Graphic Designer and Digital Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for combining your design expertise and digital marketing knowledge to create visually appealing and effective marketing materials while driving lead generation and ensuring the sales team has a consistent supply of high-quality leads. Your role will encompass a range of tasks and responsibilities, including but not limited to:

Design Creation:

Develop visually compelling and creative graphic designs for various marketing materials, including social media graphics, website banners, email templates, infographics, brochures, and other promotional materials.

Social Media Management:

Manage social media accounts, creating engaging and eye-catching graphics to drive user engagement and traffic.

Plan and execute social media campaigns, including graphics and visual content, to increase brand visibility and follower engagement.

Email Marketing:

Design visually appealing email templates and newsletters that are optimized for maximum engagement and click-through rates.

Track email marketing performance and make data-driven improvements to optimize campaigns.

Search Engine Optimization (SEO):

Collaborate with the content team to optimize graphics and visual content for SEO purposes to improve organic search rankings and increase website traffic.

Digital Advertising:

Design compelling visuals and graphics for digital advertising campaigns, including display ads, banners, and social media ads.

Monitor and analyze the performance of ad campaigns to optimize for conversions and ROI.

Lead Generation:

Employ digital marketing strategies to generate high-quality leads for the sales team.

Utilize various digital channels to attract and convert potential customers into leads.

Analytics and Reporting:

Utilize analytics tools to measure the performance of marketing campaigns and design elements.

Prepare regular reports on key performance metrics and provide insights to optimize future campaigns

Branding and Consistency:

Ensure brand consistency across all marketing materials and digital platforms.

Uphold design standards and guidelines to maintain a cohesive brand image.


Minimum 1-year experience in graphic design and digital marketing.

Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).

Strong knowledge of digital marketing strategies and tools, including social media platforms, SEO, email marketing, and digital advertising.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Detail-oriented with a focus on delivering high-quality work.

Proven track record of generating leads and improving sales through digital marketing efforts.

Strong communication and time management skills.

Adherence to deadlines and an ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
