About the job RESERVATION SUPERVISOR
Suiteable is seeking a hard-working, energetic, employee who is passionate
about delivering on the promise of excellence in customer service. By
providing personalized attention to our guest and owners, who will help us
maintain our quickly growing portfolio of holiday homes.
Responsibilities:
Handle all company supplied leads in a polite and courteous manner,
and in accordance with our sales guidelines.
Effectively qualify the guests and identify their requirements to
optimize sales of our properties and services.
Work with the team to confirm availability, draft invoices and lease
agreements, book cleaning and register the guests upon reservation.
Inform guests of the companys terms and conditions along with any
other relevant information relating to their reservation.
Build rapport and long-term relationships with the guests.
Maintain periodic contact with existing and prospective customers to
generate new business and build a repeat client base.
Ensure performance goals are achieved consistently and in accordance
with Suiteables standards.
Initially deal with customer inquiries and complaints involving the
Supervisor or Customer Service when appropriate.
Qualifications:
Minimum of 2+ years selling luxury travel; experience in holiday homes
or hotelier is mandatory
Demonstrated ability to interact successfully with affluent clientele
Strong knowledge of Dubai communities and neighborhood, as well as
buildings names and locations
Highly motivated to sell; ability to build strong customer relationships
and offer exceptional service
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Self-disciplined and accountable for achievement of goals, continuous
learning and self-improvement
Demonstrated proficiency with the internet and Gmail, Excel and main
booking channels (e.g. Airbnb, Booking.com, Property Finder etc.)
Must be able to work a flexible, full-time schedule, 6-days a week
Fluent knowledge of English; knowledge of Russian and/or Arabic is a
plus
