About the job Projects Domain Leader
• Achieving and exceeding sales and growth targets in the MEA region by promoting, specifying and selling SWTS portfolio of technologies
• Developing strong professional and strategic relationships with engineering consultants, EPC companies and end users and working cooperatively with the assigned country Project Sales Managers
• Proactively developing a strong pipeline of active Large Project (>$10M) opportunities and following the major projects in the MEA region in the specified vertical heavy industries mainly O&G space
• Developing strong professional and strategic relationship with key regional or sector influencers such as leading governmental and industrial sectors, other related firms, industry associations, etc.
• Negotiating and closing profitable Large Project contracts with clients in line with SWTS processes and guidelines in a timely and efficient manner
• Bachelor Degree in Engineering
• Minimum of 10 years of experience with proven results in business development and sales of complex water/wastewater flowsheets to O&G clients in the MEA region
• Demonstrated contact and network in the O&G industry with major end users and engineering consultants in the MEA region (primarily in the ME)
• Demonstrated ability and experience to manage working in multi-national and large organizations and working as a team member
• Demonstrated ability to meet sales target and schedule commitments
• Ability to develop relationships at all levels of customer organization
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Experience working with senior client representatives, government officials
• Ability to travel to meet customers within the assigned territory without any restrictions
• Strong oral and written communication skills in English and Arabic
• Enhanced computer skills, MS Office. Word, Excel, Outlook, Powerpoint, etc.
