Job Description:Director of Real Estate Sales

As the Director of Real Estate Sales, you will lead and manage the sales team, formulate sales strategies, and oversee sales performance. You will play a crucial role within the company's senior management team, ensuring that sales objectives are met and exceeded. Exceptional leadership, sales experience, and strategic thinking are required to effectively guide the team and drive business growth.

Primary Responsibilities:

  1. Develop Sales Strategy: Develop real estate sales strategies based on market trends, competitive analysis, and company goals. Ensure alignment of sales strategies with the company's long-term development plans and adjust as needed.
  2. Lead Sales Team: Recruit, train, guide, and manage the sales team. Motivate team members to achieve individual and team sales targets, enhancing their sales skills and customer relationship management abilities.
  3. Set Sales Targets: Collaborate with senior management to set specific sales targets and KPIs (Key Performance Indicators). Ensure achievement of sales targets and track the team's performance.
  4. Market Analysis: Monitor real estate market trends, competitor activities, and customer demands. Adjust sales strategies based on market conditions and provide analysis reports on market outlook.
  5. Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients. Ensure customer needs are met and handle potential issues or complaints.
  6. Sales Reporting and Analysis: Generate regular sales reports, compiling sales data and performance status. Evaluate sales trends through data analysis, providing improvement suggestions and strategic adjustments.
  7. Cross-Department Collaboration: Collaborate with departments such as marketing, development, and operations to ensure coordination of sales activities with other business operations.
  8. Innovation and Improvement: Actively seek innovative sales methods and business opportunities. Propose improvements to sales processes for greater efficiency.
  9. Risk Management: Identify potential risks in the sales process and take measures to mitigate them. Ensure sales activities comply with regulations and company policies.

Qualifications:

  • Substantial experience in real estate sales, including some management and leadership experience.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with individuals of diverse backgrounds and levels.
