Job Description:

  • To provide an efficient and professional reception and to provide general administrative support
  • to all departments. Working relationship (internal/external): All staff throughout the company.
  • External visitors, etc. Also providing administrative support to all departments as and when
  • required
  • Meet & greet visitors in a friendly & polite manner.
  • Answer telephone, screen, and direct calls
  • Take and rely messages.
  • Provide information to callers.
  • Greet persons entering the organization.
  • Deal with queries from the public and customers
  • Ensures knowledge of staff movements in and out of organization
  • General administrative and clerical support
  • Prepare letters and documents ie, courier etc
  • Receive and sort mails and deliveries.
  • Schedule appointments- (meeting rooms)
  • Maintain appointment diary either manually or electronically.
  • Tidy and maintain reception area.
  • Maintain office consumables and stationery.
  • Undertake such other duties and tasks as may lie within the scope of this post to ensure
  • the effective delivery of the job ie continually develop and understanding of the
  • companys culture, projects, other areas of business and reflect this in everyday
  • performance

  • Requirements:
    At least 2 years relevant experience
    College Graduate with pleasing personality
    Proficient in MS Office Applications i.e. Word & Excel, knowledge in PowerPoint is a plus
    Ability to deal and communicate at all level.
    A polite and friendly manner with good telephone etiquette
    Strong efficiency and punctuality
    Good organizational skills
    Must be Mature and professional
