We are hiring for people with 2 years of Sales Coordinator experience in UAE for our FMCG Client.

Job Title: Sales Coordinator

Job Location: DIP Dubai, UAE

Responsibilities:

• Coordinating with clients and logistics on orders.
• Handling calls, emails, and messages from customers, answering customer queries, informing them of availability, price, delivery status, and schedules.
• Handling orders by phone, email, or mail and checking the orders have the correct prices, discounts, and product.
• Coordinating with store & purchase team on availability of stocks.
• Inputting orders, ensuring they are processed according to customer requirements, and ensuring all orders are accurate and coordinated with logistic team to be delivered on time.
• Bridging the communication between departments (Purchase, Stores & Receiving) to ensure sales, and deliveries are handled efficiently.
• Data entry for sales invoices on company ERP system.

Salary: AED 3000 3500
