Job Requirements:

• Fluent in English
• 3-5 years of experience in the same field.

• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines

• Strong organizational skills including attention to detail

• Excellent verbal & written communication

• Working experience of relevant software
• Experience in purchasing, warehousing, inventory and stock control, record keeping and high communication skills

• Strategic thinking skills (research, analytical, innovation & problem-solving skills)

• Education: Business or Public Administration/ degree in relevant subject

• Age: 28 years or above

Responsibilities:

• Requisitions and order merchandise, supplies, and equipment using guidelines, rules, policies and laws
• Initiates, approves, and processes emergency purchases
• Prepares and reviews purchase orders
• Prepares and reviews bids and orders to verify accuracy, terminology, and specifications
• Prepares and distributes bid invitations to vendors
• Audits invoices and checks for accuracy, receipt of material, and compliance with purchase orders
• Processes competitive procurements and receipts of purchase
• Tracks the status of requisitions and purchase orders
• Maintains and review various purchasing and procurement reports and records and maintain files
• Assists with determining operational minimum and maximum inventory levels
• Assists with negotiating settlement complaints and resolving disputes
• Sourcing suppliers based on price, availability, necessity, quality and logistical expenses
• Assessing vendors and their offerings with in-person visits, interviews and analysis to assess their quality
• Collaborating with various internal departments to ensure that they fulfill all customer requests
• Coordinating with shipping agencies and sellers to ensure timely deliveries and oversee the integrity and quality of delivered goods and services
