Job Title: Human Resource Executive
Job Summary: The HR Specialist/Talent Acquisition Executive will be responsible for managing the
recruitment process and ensuring the organization has a diverse and talented workforce. The ideal
candidate should possess a strong understanding of recruitment processes, employment law, and HR
policies and procedures.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for open positions, including job postings, resume
screening, interviewing, and offer negotiation.
Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract top talent and ensure a diverse
candidate pool.
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their recruitment needs and provide guidance
on recruitment best practices.
Conduct reference checks and ensure compliance with employment law and HR policies and
procedures.
Develop and maintain relationships with recruitment agencies and job portals to ensure a strong
pipeline of candidates.
Coordinate and conduct employee onboarding, including conducting orientation sessions and
assisting with the completion of new hire paperwork.
Assist with the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
Manage employee relations issues and ensure compliance with HR policies and procedures.
Assist with other HR-related duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in HR or a related field.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in HR or talent acquisition.
Strong understanding of recruitment processes and employment law.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
