Job Responsibilities:
As a Sales Coordination Specialist, we need a candidate who can play a pivotal role in supporting our sales team and ensuring seamless coordination of sales activities. Your responsibilities will include:
- Outbound & Inbound Calls.
- Handle Sales Query.
- Sales / lead generation by Email, Call & Outdoor Visits.
- Assisting in the creation and maintenance of sales reports, presentations, and documents.
- Coordinating sales meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for the clients.
- Liaising with customers to gather feedback, address inquiries, and facilitate order processing.
- Collaborating with internal departments such as marketing, finance, and logistics to ensure timely delivery and fulfilment of orders.
- Providing administrative support to the sales team, including data entry, file management, and correspondence handling.
Requirements:
- Female candidate with excellent communication skills in English
- Proven experience in sales coordination, customer service, or administrative roles.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook & Calendar).
- Detail-oriented mindset with a focus on accuracy and quality of work.
- Positive attitude, team player mentality, and willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
