We are a Luxury Real Estate agency seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sales Manager to join our

team. As a Luxury Real Estate Manager, you will be responsible for representing clients in the buying,

selling, and renting of high-end properties in the UAE market. The ideal candidate will have a minimum

of 6 years of experience in the UAE Ultra-Luxury Real Estate market and will possess excellent English

communication skills and proven track of records regarding sales of exclusive properties. Any additional

language will be a plus: Arabic, French, Hindi, Urdu, Russian and Mandarin.

Youll report directly to the CEO and work closely to grow the business in Dubai first and other Emirates.

Innovation is a pillar of the company so you will be part of building the new and exciting real estate

customer experience with the founder.


Prospect potential clients and build a strong network of buyers, sellers, and investors within the

UAE luxury market.

Assist clients in the buying and selling ensuring excellent service throughout the entire process.

Stay up to date on the latest Luxury Real Estate trends in the UAE market and advise clients on

market conditions, prices, and financing options.

Build strong relationships with clients, providing personalized service and building long-term


Collaborate with our marketing team to create effective marketing strategies that showcase our

listings and attract potential buyers and sellers.

Attend property viewings, negotiate deals, and prepare and execute legal documents related to

the sale or lease of properties.

Manage the sales reps. team


A minimum of 6 years of experience in Dubai Ultra-Luxury Real Estate market.

In-depth understanding of Dubai's Ultra-Luxury Real Estate landscape, prestigious areas, iconic

developments, market trends and financing options.

A well-established network of high-net-worth individuals, investors, and affluent clients in Dubai

and the broader GCC region, with the ability to tap into this network to drive sales.

Demonstrated ability to handle luxury property transactions with finesse, leveraging exceptional

negotiation skills and a track record of closing high-value deals.

Fluency in English is essential, along with proficiency in Arabic and other relevant languages

spoken by potential luxury property buyers in Dubai, enabling seamless communication.

Strong networking and relationship-building skills.

Ability to work independently, manage multiple clients and properties, and prioritize tasks


Proficiency in utilizing digital tools and CRM systems for efficient sales management.

A valid UAE driving license and access to a vehicle is a must.


You will work remotely for 6 months as the company will secure offices from January 2024.

Weekly meeting will take place physically minimum 2 times a week along with daily calls.
