Job Description:-

Responsibilities and Requirements:

1. Provide customized real estate investment advice to clients, understand their needs and develop investment strategies accordingly.

2. Analyze Dubai property market trends and opportunities and provide clients with accurate market research and analysis reports.

3. Assist clients in completing purchase, lease and sale of real estate transactions, ensuring a smooth transaction.

4. Build and maintain client relationships and provide ongoing customer service and support.

5. Continuously update property investment knowledge and stay up-to-date with the latest information in the industry.

6. Work with the company team to achieve individual and team sales goals.

Requirements:

1. Minimum 1-3 years of experience in the property sector or investment banking sector. OR

2. Have Minimum 0.5-1 years of working experience in sales.

3. Familiar with the Dubai real estate market and understand the market dynamics and regulations.

4. Excellent communication and negotiation skills with the ability to work with multicultural clients.

5. Positive working attitude, team player and self-motivated.

6. Fluent oral and written Chinese/English, and other language skills are a plus.
