For BDM: Digital Marketing expertise is critical

 Minimum of 5 year’s overall experience in Sales / Business Development offering digital

marketing services

 Understanding Sales structures and Margin structure is advantageous.

 MENA Sales expertise can be demonstrated (for example: details of accounts won /

managed, with good relations/deals won/contacts etc.)

 Fluent in English and Arabic is essential, Farsi, French or Hindi is an advantage.

Excellent communication and relationship skills.
 A team player and a good role model within the Team.
 Must be a good communicator.
 Effective self-management skills, especially when under pressure. Coaches and
supports colleagues and other team members to achieve success.
 Display’s emotional maturity and sensitivity when dealing with others. Remains
tactful and can professionally relate to colleagues at all levels in the company.
 Maintains effective long term customerships with Prospects ’s / Customers.
 Previous experience working in a diverse, multi-cultural environment.
 Discloses results internally to Wisoft in a transparent manner.
