Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven individual to join our team as the Head of Sales for our Solar Panel EPC division. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic sales initiatives to drive revenue growth and expand our market presence in the renewable energy sector.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to achieve revenue targets and maximize market penetration.
  • Lead, mentor, and motivate a high-performing sales team, providing guidance and support to ensure individual and collective success.
  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key clients, stakeholders, and industry partners to drive business development opportunities and secure new contracts.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, operations, and finance, to align sales efforts with overall business objectives and ensure seamless project execution.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify emerging trends, opportunities, and competitive threats, and leverage insights to inform strategic decision-making.
  • Prepare and present regular sales forecasts, reports, and performance metrics to senior management, providing actionable recommendations for continuous improvement.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, standards, and quality assurance protocols, fostering a culture of excellence and accountability within the sales organization.

Qualifications:

  • Degree in Electrical / Electronics / Mechanical / Power Electronics Engineering & MBA preferred.
  • Proven track record of success in sales leadership roles, with a minimum of 11 years of experience in the renewable energy industry, preferably within the solar EPC sector.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and execute strategic sales plans, drive revenue growth, and exceed targets in a competitive market environment.
  • Strong leadership skills, with experience in recruiting, training, and managing high-performing sales teams.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients and colleagues at all levels.
  • Strategic thinker with a customer-centric mindset, able to anticipate market trends and capitalize on emerging opportunities.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and sales analytics tools, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
