Job Profile :

  1. Identifying Business Opportunities:
  • Conduct market research to identify potential opportunities and industry trends.
  • Generate leads and identify potential clients through various channels.
  • Identify new product or service opportunities based on market demand and feedback.
  • Create Customer Profile and Review
  1. Client Management:
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
  • Understand client needs and propose suitable solutions and services.
  • Drive sales efforts to meet revenue targets and business growth objectives.
  1. Partnerships and Collaborations:
  • Identify and pursue strategic partnerships with agencies to ensure business growth.
  • Develop new alliances to expand the company's market reach and capabilities.
  1. Competitive Analysis:
  • Monitor and analyse competitor activities, pricing, and positioning.
  • Utilize competitive insights to refine sales and marketing strategies.
  1. Contract Negotiation and Compliance:
  • Negotiate terms and conditions with clients and partners for mutually beneficial agreements.
  • Identify contract manufacturing opportunities through proper negotiations and ensure compliance on contractual obligations and ensure profitability.
  • In licencing and Out Licencing
  1. Sales Forecasting and Reporting:
  • Forecast sales targets and monitor progress towards achieving sales goals.
  • Provide regular sales reports and updates to the management team.
  1. Customer Satisfaction:
  • Gather feedback from clients to assess customer satisfaction and identify areas for improvement.
  • Work with cross-functional teams to address customer concerns and enhance customer experience.
  1. Industry Networking and Events:
  • Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking functions to promote the company's products and services.
  • Build and maintain a strong network of industry contacts and potential clients.
