Your Role Making a Difference, Every Day

As a Carer, you'll play a vital role in supporting individuals with in a care home setting with their day-to-day lives, bringing comfort, dignity, and companionship to those who need it most.

What you'll be doing:

• Delivering personal care tailored to individual needs
• Assisting with everyday activities like bathing, dressing, eating, and mobility
• Administering medication and monitoring health conditions (where applicable)
• Building warm, trusting relationships with clients and their families
• Keeping accurate records and following person-centred care plans

What Were Looking For:

• Minimum 12 months of professional care experience
• Up-to-date mandatory training certificates
• A kind, respectful, and patient nature
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• An enhanced DBS (or willingness to complete one)
• A UK driving licence is a plus but not essential
